YELP RATING	These guys are the utmost professionals and have been taking care of me (and my family) and our limo needs for 18 (wow) years. It's funny to think of using a service so often that it just becomes second nature, but with Action Limo, it has. Book my plane ticket, rent a car, book a hotel, book the Action Limo to take me to and from the airport. Clarence and his drivers are the best - they are prompt, courteous and so pleasant to have on the drive to wherever you might be headed. These guys are always very careful with my bags and even bring them into my house and ask me where to put them. They call me if they even think they might be late picking me up (which they never are) and when I land, I have a voicemail and a text message on my cell letting me know they are waiting in the cell phone lot and let them know when I have my bags (my choice). Look, you can get the whole "stand at the top of the escalator with a sign with my name" treatment if you want, but why? I just want to get home and I'm no delicate flower, I can get my bags off the carousel myself. I would rather have a nice driver meet me at the curb (in a suit) greet me, grab my bag and open the door for me and take care of the rest - white glove service to me. This is what I get with Action. We have been using these guys so long that when my father passed away, all I had to do was call Clarence, tell him what happened and give him my brother's flight info (a red-eye from San Fran) and my brother was taken care of (sign and all) and pampered all the way to our front door and in his bed for a nap by 6am (a mear 12 hours later). That is what I call service. These guys know what they are doing and for me, the price is always right. You get what you pay for with Action - and for me it is worth every penny. - Lindy F.

YELP RATING	Thank you Action Limousine for a great experience....For Mother's Day 2013, we wanted to surprise my 86-year old, not-very-mobile, mother-in-law by having a meal from her favorite restaurant (Red Lobster) delivered to her home in time for dinner. Not as simple as I thought, especially since we are in Northern Virginia and she's in Peachtree City, Georgia----no restaurant delivery services available, Red Lobster would not allow me to pay with a credit card by phone or use a gift card to pay over the phone, and I called two taxi services without an answer. Then I called Action Limousine and Tammy answered. I new from the moment we started talking that I found what I was looking for---Tammy was just as excited as I was about the gift idea and offered to order and then pay for the food in person using her credit card. She also had the perfect driver (Larry) for the job. On Mother's Day, Larry not only called my in-laws to let them know he was on the way, he called me too, and was clearly thrilled to be a part of this. My father-in-law said when Larry saw my mother-in-law, his face lit up as he wished her a Happy Mother's Day and gave her the Red Lobster meal! When I spoke with my mother-in-law, and heard the happiness in her voice it brought tears to my eyes. She said it was the best Mother's Day ever and even said she hoped the neighbors saw the car pull up! Thank you Tammy, especially for thinking outside the box and offering your helpful suggestions. YELP RATING	I was traveling with a group of six out of the country. We used Action Limousine for our transportation to and from the airport in Atlanta. The drivers each way were timely, professional, and friendly. The service was reasonably priced, and worth every penny. Our group has used park and ride for previous trips... Never again. YELP RATING	We used Action Limousine for our honeymoon airport transportation and we could not have been happier with them. The entire experience was so relaxing, not having to deal with parking at ATL was so wonderful. We changed our return flight and Action Limousine had no problem accommodating us even though we arrived a day early and at midnight. YELP RATING	All I can say is WOW!! This limo service brought a great experience to me over the past weekend. As with any limo service it's kind of pricey but you get what you pay for. The driver was on time and at my disposal when I needed him as well as a great companion to talk to until you picked up your other guest(s). I will be definitely using this service again in the future but except I'm going to get the stretch hummer next time instead of the Lincoln stretch. I like using something like this for myself and a "special" guest and not for a car full. Of course you bring your own alcoholic refreshments, movies, or music that you would like to listen to. I definitely love the "privacy' window to separate the driver from you and your guest. I had mine Saturday night for 6 and a half hours so you'll know what you'll end up spending for the night. At booking time you have the option to pay half then the other half when they show up or pay all at once. - Paul R.
